At MCoBeauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your beauty essentials, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original packaging and safely secured in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
